Your customer service is top notch. Samuel and the rest of the front end team were very kind and helpful. The room service team were very good and willing to help. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I had the internet issues, especially when I first entered, the staff kept trying every means and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. I thought it was nice of them. Also, the food was very goooood. It was both tasty and plenty. Apart from bad internet and power outages, the room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for what I had gone to Uyo for, which was great.

The facility is neat. Good bed and bedding. Good food, but they did not provide pressing iron, so that customers can do their ironing if they choose to do it.
